25 The development of an interconnected architectural, structural andplant engineering project was made possible by a shared model, from the preliminary stages to the construction phase. The design and operational workflow was developed through the collaboration of all those involved, who were able to manage the process in the best way possible, providing real solutions for the ongoing problems of a construction site located inacontextwhere the procurement of materials and technologies is extremely complex. È stato possibile sviluppare un progetto architettonico, strutturale e impiantistico interconnesso grazie a un modello condiviso, dalla fase preliminare alla fase costruttiva. Il workflow progettuale e operativo si è sviluppato attraverso la collaborazione di tutti i soggetti coinvolti, che hanno saputo gestire al meglio il processo, fornendo soluzioni reali ai problemi contingenti di un cantiere posto in un contesto in cui il reperimento di materiali e di tecnologie è estremamente complesso.
